RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Return Policy Guidelines:
Noahcraft does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the goods were damaged upon delivery. After delivery, all damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours.
Regarding original art and prints, see our policy below.
- Before we send the original artwork and prints to the customer, they all go through a quality check. Although we make every effort to ensure that it closely resembles the photography, colours from the original Painting may slightly differ in the pictures. All of our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if the art is delivered damaged, we would like the buyer to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This is important for us since it allows us to accept the return and connect with the customer at the same time. Share the final image of the defective item via Email or Contact Form. We would look into the situation and promptly refund your money afterward. You would receive a full credit of the original artwork’s price if it is determined that it was harmed during transportation. We will get in touch with you to ensure an appropriate way for processing your refund.
(Note: It is company policy that Noahcraft has the ultimate say on all returns in the event of a dispute. If a return isn’t reported within the allotted time, we won’t be able to handle it.)
- Artwork that has been ordered in a custom size, with a frame, or that has been sent outside of India is not eligible for a return. Additionally, Calligraphy, portraits, and any other customized products we provide on our marketplace are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation:
- We will accept cancellation and Refund requests that are made within two hours of the order being placed.
- Any sort of Customised Art, calligraphy, Portraits, Art Prints, or Customised Framing Orders are not eligible for Cancellation or Refund.
- Cancellation or Refund requests are not accepted for orders that have already been shipped or are experiencing delays in route
- Cancellation or Refund requests are not accepted for orders that are delayed because of lockdowns or other restrictions in your area
Return Process:
Before making a return, ensure that you have reported the damaged product to Noahcraft and have received a return approval.
Returns can be done by following these simple steps:
- All returns should happen within 48 hours of delivery
- For deliveries and returns, we collaborate with logistics partners. Every return must include the original product packing and the products must be in original condition. You are in charge of securing the products in a way that prevents further damage during return transport to Noahcraft. Therefore, until they are satisfied the products match their expectations, we advise consumers not to discard the original delivery package.Â
- We will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds. We do not levy any return fee.
- It will take 7-10 days to process refund after approval of your return requestÂ
Refund Policy Guidelines:
Refund for all artwork/product returns:
- For all returns, the refund would be sent as a credit back to the buyer’s account.
- If your refund request is approved, we will credit your account and contact you to discuss the best manner to execute your refund
- If you do not submit a refund claim through the website’s services within the allotted time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds must only be given in Indian Rupees and must match the Transaction Price that was paid in that currency.
- Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Noahcraft in case of any misuse by Buyer.
